Last week we decided to fire up the grill and take advantage of our disappearing summer. We brushed the vegetables with a homemade sauce using fresh garlic, onions, black pepper, and gluten free Tamari sauce. Then we created a veggie monster and packed our portobello burger with avocado, onion, kale, tomato, hummus (good substitute for dairy cheese), and topped it off with a gluten free bun.
