10 Rules for Yoga Class

Some simple unspoken rules to follow. Well kinda ;) 


1. Be on time
Some teachers may find it distracting...





2. Drink Water
Stay hydrated before, during, and after class...





3. Leave your ego at the door 
Don't let other students distract you...



4. Trust your teacher
Unless he's like this guy...



5. No talking in class
Shhhh...

Carrie: I farted.
Samantha: Then move your mat away.
Carrie: Not, now, I did it in front of Big.
Samantha: Big mistake.
Carrie: You think? It wasn't a choice. I'm human. It happened.
Samantha: No, honey, you're a woman, and men don't like women to be human. 
We aren't supposed to fart, douche, use tampons or have hair in places we shouldn't .



6. If you fall, get back up
Don't be so hard on yourself...



7. Be nice to the yogi next to you
No fighting...





8. Explore poses safely 
Never skip preparatory poses...






9. Stay in Savasana for at least 5-8 minutes
Allow all the benefits from class to catch up with you...



10. Eat healthy after class
Or you'll feel like Pizza The Hut...
